These Terms of Service govern your use of EatWithPurpose.ca, operated by CanadaWithPurpose ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
EatWithPurpose.ca provides AI-generated personalized 30-day meal plans and grocery lists delivered via email. The meal plan is generated based on the information you provide at the time of purchase.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. The current price is $20 CAD per meal plan. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. Your payment is processed immediately upon submission.
Your meal plan will be delivered to the email address you provide within 2 to 5 minutes of successful payment. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it. If you have not received your plan within 30 minutes, contact us at hello@eatwithpurpose.ca.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your meal plan for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing hello@eatwithpurpose.ca with your order details. No questions asked, and you may keep the plan.
We will also make it right if you do not receive your meal plan due to a technical issue, your plan was clearly generated incorrectly, or you were charged more than once.
The meal plans provided by EatWithPurpose.ca are for general informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, allergy, or specific health concern.
The quality of your meal plan depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. We are not responsible for plans that do not meet your expectations due to incomplete or inaccurate information submitted at the time of purchase.
Your meal plan is generated for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the meal plans provided to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EatWithPurpose.ca and CanadaWithPurpose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or your meal plan.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
