If you're not happy with your meal plan for any reason, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked, and you keep the plan.
How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@eatwithpurpose.ca
- Include your name and the email address used at purchase
- We'll process your refund within 1-3 business days
- Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
We'll Always Make It Right
Contact us any time, no matter how long it has been, if:
- You did not receive your meal plan due to a technical error on our end
- Your plan was clearly generated incorrectly (e.g. wrong dietary preferences applied)
- You were charged more than once for the same order
A Note on Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please email us first. We respond within 24 hours, and a direct refund is faster for you than a bank dispute. If you'd rather go through your bank, that's your right; we'd just appreciate the chance to fix it first.
