Because EatWithPurpose.ca delivers a digital product instantly upon payment, refunds are not available after 24 hours from the time of purchase. This is consistent with standard practice for digital goods under Canadian consumer protection guidelines.

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We respond to all refund requests quickly and genuinely want to make things right. Chargebacks that are filed before contacting us may result in your email being flagged in our system.
